Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: April 28, 2026

This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, rescheduling, and billing issues are handled by Weiler Global Inc. ("Weiler Global," "Company," "we," "us," or "our").

This Policy applies to purchases of our digital education products, online programs, behavioral analysis tools, AI-assisted tools, coaching services, consulting services, workshops, reports, downloadable materials, and related services.

1. General Policy

We provide digital, educational, coaching, consulting, and personal development services.

Because many of our services involve digital access, educational content, personal analysis, custom preparation, scheduled sessions, or immediate delivery, refunds are limited once access has been granted, work has started, or a session has been scheduled or delivered.

2. Digital Products and Educational Materials

Digital products, downloadable materials, guides, documents, templates, videos, recordings, reports, and educational materials are non-refundable once access has been provided or the materials have been delivered.

3. Online Courses and Programs

Online courses, group programs, digital programs, training materials, recorded programs, communities, and educational platforms are non-refundable once access has been granted or the program has started.

If a specific program has different refund terms, those terms will be stated on the checkout page, order form, invoice, program description, or written agreement.

4. Behavioral Analysis and Personal Reports

Behavioral analysis reports, applied personal analytics, self-assessment interpretations, personalized reports, custom interpretations, and AI-assisted insights are non-refundable once the analysis has started, the report has been generated, or the interpretation process has begun.

5. Coaching and Consulting Services

Coaching, consulting, personal sessions, group sessions, workshops, and custom services are non-refundable once the session has occurred, preparation has started, resources have been allocated, or the service has been scheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time.

6. Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule a coaching or consulting session, you must contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.

We may allow one reschedule at our discretion.

Missed sessions, late arrivals, or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be considered completed and non-refundable.

7. Subscriptions

If a service is offered as a subscription, you may cancel before the next billing date to avoid future charges.

Cancellation stops future billing. It does not refund the current billing period unless required by law or expressly stated in the specific offer.

8. Setup, Onboarding, and Custom Preparation Fees

Setup fees, onboarding fees, analysis fees, custom preparation fees, implementation fees, strategy fees, and administrative fees are non-refundable once work has started.

9. Failed Delivery by the Company

If we are unable to deliver a paid service due to our own fault, we may offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • A revised delivery timeline
  • Replacement access
  • A replacement session
  • Account credit
  • A partial refund
  • A full refund

10. Customer Responsibilities

Refunds may be denied if the service could not be completed because the customer failed to provide required information, forms, responses, access, materials, approvals, attendance, or cooperation.

11. No Refunds for Dissatisfaction With Interpretation

Because our services involve educational content, personal development, behavioral interpretation, coaching, and self-reflection, we do not provide refunds solely because a customer disagrees with an interpretation, does not like a result, does not experience an expected outcome, or does not apply the materials.

12. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you have a billing issue, please contact us first at weiler.global@gmail.com so we can try to resolve the matter.

Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension or termination of access to the services.

13. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

To request a refund review, cancellation, or billing support, contact us at:

Please include:

  • Your full name
  • Email address used for purchase
  • Purchase date
  • Name of the purchased service
  • Order number, if available
  • Reason for your request

14. Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method where possible.

The time required for funds to appear in your account may depend on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund and Cancellation Policy from time to time.

The updated version will be posted on our website with a new effective date.
